The AllClients white label CRM behind WhiteLabelCRM.com offers HIPAA compliance as an optional upgrade for partners and customers who handle protected health information (PHI) and require it.
Compliance Is an Optional Upgrade
The standard platform is not HIPAA compliant by default. Accounts that require HIPAA compliance must request the upgrade, which includes the necessary software enhancements and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between AllClients and your organization.
What the Upgrade Includes
- Software enhancements that support handling PHI in line with HIPAA requirements.
- A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AllClients.
- Compliance verification once your account upgrade is complete.
How to Upgrade
Without the upgrade, accounts are not HIPAA compliant. To request HIPAA compliance, or to ask whether your use case requires it, contact us — we will walk you through the upgrade and the BAA.
