The WhiteLabelCRM.com Platform
White Label Email Marketing
Your customers sending under their own name, and someone else worrying about whether it arrives.
You'll talk directly with Jeff Shamus, our founder and the author of White Label CRM Success, not a sales rep.
Why it matters
Plenty of Systems Send Email. Getting It Delivered Is the Hard Part.
There are a lot of systems that will send an email. Sending was never the hard part. Getting the message into the inbox is.
Your customers will never see that work. They will notice its absence. An email that does not arrive looks exactly like an email nobody opened. Your customer concludes that email does not work, stops sending, and eventually stops paying for the tool that sends. This is the quietest way a white label program fails.
AllClients has been sending our customers' email since 2004. Since 2015 we have run it on Mailgun, and that partnership is what the sending domains and the address validation are built on.
Validation is the part nobody thinks about. Addresses get checked before anything is sent to them, so a typo or a dead inbox does not turn into a bounce. Bounce rate is one of the first signals a spam filter reads when it decides whether your customer's next message arrives at all.
How it works
A Sending Domain for Every Customer
Every customer on your platform gets their own dedicated sending domain. Their reputation is theirs. One customer with a bad list does not drag down the deliverability of everyone else you serve, which is what happens when a platform pools its sending.
Deliverability is managed on our side. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured and maintained for every sending domain. Handled, rather than documented and handed to you.
What your customers send
The Email Comes From Your Customer, Not From a Platform
Newsletters, broadcasts, and automated follow-up sequences go out from your customer's own sending domain, with their name in the From line. The person receiving it sees the business they signed up with. They do not see us, and they do not see a "sent with" footer. Your brand is on the system your customer logs into; their brand is on what lands in the inbox.
What was sent, opened, and clicked lands on the contact record beside the notes and the tasks. Your customer sees one history rather than a reporting tool they have to remember exists.
Your content, already built in
The Emails You Already Wrote, in Every Account
You know which subject lines get opened in your vertical. You know what makes someone reply and what makes them unsubscribe. Your customer does not, and an empty editor leaves your results to how well a plumber writes email on a Tuesday night.
Build the templates once and every new account arrives carrying them, which is what your control panel is for. A new customer logs in and finds your emails written and your sequences built. What goes out is what you already know works, instead of whatever they came up with.
The built-in AI assistant is how that library gets written without costing you a month. Describe the sequence and it drafts the emails. You edit what comes back, in your voice, and push it out.
That is your expertise deployed under your name, and it is a large part of why customers stay. Insurance and coaching partners run it the same way.

Questions, answered
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a white label email marketing platform?
A white label email marketing platform is email software you offer under your own brand. Your customers log in to your system, on your domain, and send from their own sending domain, while the platform runs underneath.
Does every customer get their own sending domain?
Yes. Each customer sends from a dedicated sending domain rather than a shared pool, so one customer's list problems do not affect anyone else's delivery.
Who manages deliverability?
We do. Every sending domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, addresses are validated before sending, and reputation is monitored on our end. AllClients has been sending customer email since 2004, on Mailgun since 2015.
Can my customers send to a purchased or cold list?
No. WhiteLabelCRM.com is built for permission-based marketing email sent to people who asked to hear from a business. Cold sending is the fastest way to damage a sending reputation, and on a platform where everyone's delivery is being protected, it costs more than the one account that did it.
Whose brand is on the emails my customers send?
Their own. Emails go out from each customer's sending domain under their own name. Your brand is on the platform they log into and on the templates you build for them.
