This Privacy Policy explains how AllClients, LLC ("AllClients," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with WhiteLabelCRM.com (the "Site"), the marketing site for our white label CRM program. By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to this Policy.
The white label CRM platform itself is provided by AllClients and governed by the AllClients privacy practices at allclients.com/privacy-policy. This Policy covers the WhiteLabelCRM.com website and the inquiries you send through it.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you book a Fit Call or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, business details, and your answers to the short qualification questions in the Fit Call form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your Fit Call request and schedule a call.
- To evaluate whether the white label program is a fit for your business.
- To communicate with you about our program and follow up on your inquiry.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and handle your inquiry, and only as needed to provide those services:
- Hosting & delivery: DigitalOcean (site hosting) and Cloudflare (CDN/security).
- Form processing & lead management: our workflow automation (n8n) and Asana, used to receive and follow up on Fit Call requests.
- Analytics & spam prevention: Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA.
- Email: Google Workspace, used to correspond with you.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site via Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site functions.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up on your request and for legitimate business and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
